Canteen 33 and the First Responders Foundation step in to support the crews on the front lines — and we’re looking for dedicated volunteers who want to make a real impact.
Our volunteers deploy directly to local fire and police departments during:
Structure fires
Extended operations and long-duration calls
Hostage or critical incident responses
Major emergencies and community disasters
You’ll help deliver essential on-scene support — from hydration and rehab services to comfort, logistics, and relief for exhausted responders.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome anyone with a heart for service, but we especially encourage retired firefighters, law enforcement officers, and EMS professionals to apply.
Ideal volunteers are:
NIMS 100, 200, and 700 trained, OR willing to complete training within their first 90 days of volunteering
Comfortable responding to emergency scenes
Reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to serving the community
Ready to support our mission of protecting the ones who protect us
